Our Privacy Policy sets out the rules for protecting the personal data of users who access our website.

The Administrator hereby declares that User personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) no. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council (EU) dated April 27th, 2016, on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.

Failure to accept this Privacy Policy allows the use of the Website but prevents leaving personal data and receiving service. Withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent prior to its withdrawal.

What is the data in question?

It is the personal data we collect and process, such as:
Name, e-mail address, phone number, company registration data.

Newsletter data
Subscribing to our newsletter requires a name and e-mail address (mandatory fields.) This data is then added to the mailing list.

 

Why do we want to process your data?

User personal data is processed for the purpose of:

  1. Entering into and performing a contract by electronic means – in the event that the User decides to use such services.
  2. Responding to messages sent through the website contact form.
  3. Sending marketing information and offers, surveys, invitations and conducting correspondence via e-mail, text messages, RCS messages, WEBPUSH notifications, phone calls, or traditional mail.
  4. Profiling, which helps to tailor communications and offers to the User’s interests.

Providing personal data is voluntary, but it is a necessary condition for entering into a contract for the provision of services by electronic means. Refusal to provide User personal data will result in losing the ability to receive services from the Administrator.

Pursuant to a separate consent, User data may also be used for other purposes. In such cases, these purposes are always specified in the consent text.

The User voluntarily decides to receive marketing content. Should the User fail to provide personal data for marketing purposes, they will not receive such content.

 

What are the legal grounds for User data processing?

Legal grounds for processing User personal data are as follows:

  1. Necessity for processing data in order to enter into and perform a contract for the provision of services by electronic means.
  2. Legitimate interests pursued by the Administrator, such as handling correspondence and providing responses to messages sent.
  3. In cases where the User expresses a desire to receive marketing content related to the Administrator, the necessity of processing data for the purposes arising from the legitimate interests pursued by the Administrator, i.e. to carry out marketing activities related to the Administrator.
  4. The Administrator does not plan to transfer User personal data to a third party.

How long will we retain your data?

  1. We retain User personal data as long as they use our services. After the User ceases to use our services, User personal data, including their name, e-mail address and phone number, will be stored for a period of 2 years for the purpose of handling complaints and claims related to the use of these services.
  2. Personal data processed for the purpose of responding to messages sent via the contact form will be retained for a period of 2 years from the date of each received message.

User rights

The User has full control over the scope of use of their personal data. As such, the User has the right to:

  • Request access to their personal data,
  • Request correction of their data,
  • Request data deletion or processing restriction,
  • Request data portability,
  • Object to the processing of their personal data at any time, including profiling and direct marketing,
  • Withdraw consent to the processing of their personal data at any time, if the processing is based on their consent; withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal,
  • Lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, namely the Personal Data Protection Inspector.

The User can withdraw their consent to receiving marketing content at any time. This can be done by using mechanisms accompanying the marketing content, i.e. clicking the „unsubscribe” link or by contacting the Administrator.

Who do we share your personal data with?

The Administrator provides direct access to gathered User personal data only to authorized employees, subcontractors and entities providing services to the Administrator (i.e. accounting, legal, audit, IT and technical support services) and only to the extent necessary to perform services commissioned by the Administrator. User personal data may be disclosed to entities authorized to receive them under applicable law, particularly the relevant judicial or law enforcement authorities. As a rule, your personal data is not transferred outside the EEA (European Economic Area). However, the transfer of your personal data outside the EEA may occur should it be necessary to provide a service to the User, including situations where the service involves Subcontractors based outside the EEA.

Security measures

Personal data is stored in a database that employs technical and organizational measures to ensure the protection of processed data appropriate to the importance of the stored personal data, in accordance with industry standards and the guidelines of relevant authorities, particularly in compliance with the GDPR.

This website uses cookies – small text files stored on your computer, tablet or smartphone. These files are saved by the server on the computer of any person visiting this website. The Administrator accesses the information contained herein for statistical purposes and to ensure proper functioning of the Website.
